Description

A complex wine combining power and mineral aromas. Aging on fine lees. One month before bottling, the wine from the different barrels is placed in a stainless steel tank for blending. The wine is finally fined and slightly filtered before bottling according to the lunar calendar.

It can be paired with fishes, crustaceans or white meats served with a cream sauce.
