On Monday it s time to try Aunt Nancy s shrimp with cauliflower rice. Mrs. Lopez brings chicken mole, guacamole, and salsa with chips on Tuesday, and Mr. Moles delivers meatloaf, roasted broccoli, and mashed sweet potatoes. Thursday s dinner is Grandma s eggplant parmigiana and a salad, and Friday s is Ms. Hwang s kimchi fried rice. On Saturday, Grandpa Dinan brings bagel sandwiches. And every day, there s some new wildlife to discover through Wally s window.
