 Full, soft and rich, the wine has flavours of ripe yellow fruit and red apple, with a textured edge. The wine is round and layered with delicious acidity. While its already to drink now, it will age for 3–4 years.
The Chassagne Montrachet Premier Cru Morgeot by Vincent Girardin is a great Chardonnay based Burgundy white wine, aged for 18 months in new oak barrels for 25%. It expresses richness and territoriality through a mineral bouquet that smells of mango, yellow peaches and ripe pineapple, in addition to hints of walnuts, butter, verbena and acacia honey, revealing itself in a rich and intense, deep and vibrant sip with ample softness and flavor , prolonged in a ripe fruit finish.
